Cursillo is a three-day presentation designed to build enthusiasm for and to renew your commitment to your faith.  It is especially helpful for those who take an active role somewhere in the life of the congregation.  Why?  History has shown us that people who attend Cursillo return from the event highly motivated with a strong desire to serve in the parish and share their experience.

In Northern California, Cursillo is an ecumenical program with active participation with people from Episcopal, Roman Catholic, Baptist, Lutheran and United Methodist Churches. These people come from all walks of life and experience.

It begins on a Thursday evening and ends the following Sunday afternoon. During the three days the focus will be on Jesus Christ as most of us have never been focused before.

A new community of the Body of Christ is formed while enjoying food, music, worship, talks, lots of fun and laughs. When you leave on Sunday afternoon, you will not be the same person who arrived on Thursday evening.

Cursillo #120 will be held

October or November, 2025

at Mt. Hope Bible Camp, Forbestown, CA

near Oroville.
